The F64 EVO by Fiorenzato represents an evolutionary step forward. A barista-friendly screen displays crucial information such as ambient conditions and a timing clock, whilst a thermostat controlled cooling fan stops the burrs from overheating. The operator can opt between single, double or continuous doses and with a large capacity 1.5kg hopper, this Fiorenzato model is tailor made for premises that are serious about their coffee.
