DELIVERY COSTS
Want the rich, full flavour of UBER Coffee.Werks delivered straight to your door? Of course you do! Simply order your choice of coffee, capsules, machines or accessories online.
Under normal conditions delivery will take place within 2 – 5 working days. Within sale periods, delivery can take up to 5 - 10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: SHOULD YOU SELECT THE INCORRECT RATE BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, WE WILL CANCEL ORDER AT OUR DISCRETION.
Our courier’s delivery charges are as follows:
WESTERN CAPE ONLY
- R85 ex VAT for all orders within immediate Cape Town and Winelands areas
REST OF SOUTH AFRICAN PROVINCES
- R95 ex VAT for all orders to Main Centres (DBN/JNB/PE/PTA)
- R105 ex VAT for rest of SOUTH AFRICA
Your delivery fee will be added to your total when you reach the secure online checkout, and your order can be settled via your choice of credit card, Discovery miles, or EFT. For more information on payments and banking, please view our Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
UBER Coffee.Werks, offers a door-to-door service through our affiliated logistics partners, delivering to all major centres throughout South Africa within 3 – 7 working days (please note that this does not include public holidays). Qualifying delivery areas include Beaufort West, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Centurion, Durban, East London, Ermelo, Ficksburg, George, Harrismith, Kimberley, Klerksdorp, Midrand, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Richards Bay, Rustenburg, Springbok, Umtata, Upington, Witbank, Worcester and Zeerust.
All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday, subject to stock availability. Please note that while UBER Coffee.Werks does deliver to farm addresses, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Bear in mind that certain special orders, such as custom products, and special configurations and orders will take longer than usual to deliver, due to varying lead times.
Please contact us for more information if you are interested in any of these options. If you choose to place a coffee capsule or coffee machine order that is currently out of stock, we will contact you first in order to let you know, and then contact the supplier to place your order. Should the supplier be unable to confirm a fulfilment date within 3 weeks of you placing your order, we will contact you and follow your instructions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that while UBER Coffee.Werks delivers to all major centres within South Africa, we are unfortunately unable to deliver internationally.
RECEIVING DELIVERIES
Please note that any competent person at your delivery address may sign for your package, albeit at our courier’s sole discretion. Please note: When purchasing from UBER Coffee.Werks, you are obliged to conform to our Terms and Conditions.
