These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the UBER Coffee Werks (Pty) Ltd (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.ubercoffee.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using this Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the Website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

      UBER Coffee.Werks NEW SUBSCRIBER (Online) Voucher:

      1. The New Subscriber voucher is only valid to use ONLINE on www.ubercoffee.co.za
      2. The voucher is only allowed to be used once per customer as a form of payment towards their purchase.
      3. The 20% Discount voucher DOES NOT apply to any machine, accessory or apparel item.
      4. A minimum spend of R2000 applies for the 20% discount to apply.
      5. UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd has the right to cancel ANY order where it is picked up that the voucher code has been used more than once by the same person/ institution or
      6. In the event that the same person uses different email addresses/ profiles to subscribe and place an order.
      7. The 20% voucher can only be used ONCE per order and NOT to pay towards the whole order. UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd has the right to cancel any order which does not adhere to this term.
      8. UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd has the right to cancel ANY order without prior notice to the customer where it appears that the voucher code was misused in any form.
      9. NO COLLECTION OF ORDERS WILL BE ALLOWED
      10. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card.
        1. Please allow 24 Hours for monies to reflect and order status to change.
        2. If the User selects to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), instructions will be provided on how to make a transfer to the UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd Ltd bank account, and the User will be subject to the following rules:
          1. The exact amount must be paid.
          2. The payment must be identified by supplying the order number in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.
        3. Please note:
          1. Unpaid EFT deposit orders will be cancelled after two business days
          2. Clearance can take up to three business days

                UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd Vouchers (All other not mentioned above)

                1. Vouchers are only allowed to be used once per customer as a form of payment towards their purchase.

                      Electronic Communications

                      By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the User consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

                      E-Commerce & Privacy

                      The Website www.ubercoffee.co.za sells coffee capsules, coffee machines and related accessories online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the Purchaser’s risk. The Purchaser/User indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

                      The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is, the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.

                      The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result from the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may have inadvertently installed on his/her device.

                      The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

                      Online Payment – PayFast Payment Gateway

                      All online credit card payments are processed by the PayFast Payment Gateway. Cardholders may go to https://www.payfast.co.za/privacy-policy/ to view PayFast's Security & Privacy policy.


                      Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

                      If the User selects to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), instructions will be provided on how to make a transfer to the UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd bank account, and the User will be subject to the following rules:

                      • The exact amount must be paid
                      • The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer

                      Please note:

                      • Unpaid EFT deposit orders will be cancelled after two business days
                      • Clearance can take up to three business days

                      Direct Deposits (DD)

                      If the buyer chooses to pay by Direct Deposit (DD), instructions will be provided on how to make a deposit into the UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd. bank account, and the User will be subject to the following rules:

                      • The exact amount must be paid
                      • The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip
                      • Cheque deposits are subject to a 10-day clearing period

                      Please note:

                      • No bank deposits will be accepted from outside the borders of South Africa
                      • Unpaid bank deposit orders will be cancelled after two business days

                      Refund and Return Policy

                      The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will refund the User in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the User will be subject to a 10% charge for administration costs.

                      The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

                      Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by the User through the e-commerce facility should be directed to info@ubercoffee.co.za.

                      All products supplied through the Website are provided by well-established suppliers. All warranties are held with UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd. These warranties are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. Should a fault arise with any item, the item must be returned to UBER Coffee.Werks (Pty) Ltd at 4 Acteon Road, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, 7405.

                      Updating of the Terms and Conditions

                      The Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

                      Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

                      The Provider supplies certain information on this Website.
