Returns Policy

Is your UBER Coffee order incorrect, damaged, faulty or late? Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. You can simply email orders@ubercoffee.co.za to let us know, and we’ll sort everything out as soon as possible. We can’t have anything standing in the way of you and your coffee!

Please note that if you’d like to return your order to us unused, you can do so within 7 days for a full refund. Simply arrange for your order to be delivered to our factory in Paarden Island, Cape Town, or bring it back to us yourself, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a smile.
